Theres no noisy bearing noise when driving.

tension rod bushes maybe?

Tension arm bushes, check for leaking.

more likely to be the upper arm bushes ;)

 

or i know you say its not the discs but to be honest its most likely to still be them!! its amazing how easily you can warp the discs depending on what pads your running, i had pagid pads on and they could eat new discs in a few miles!!
