Silicon gel / tq wrench

Hi guys, im hoping to fit my stillen anti roll bar kit tomorrow ( :dance: :dance: ) and i need to buy a Tq wrench (dont own one...) and some silicon gel stuff to stop the bushes squeaking...

 

Was thinking halfords but what sort of stuff should i be looking for (in both cases..)

    Its still in the box and I think I paid more for it than that?

    Halfords tools are quite expensive so I bought a set of allen keys thinking you get what you pay for and one broke straight away the first time using it. lol

    sorry dont know about the silicone gel stuff?
