It's not caused a problem as of yet, but I got my Zed out this weekend and noticed than the lick doesn't stop turning at the unlock position. It'll click as if something is broken and then almost continue to turn. I daren't push it any further incase it breaks, but it still locks and unlocks ok.

 

Any ideas? Is there some kind of clip behind it that breaks?

Both my zeds have had knackered lock barrels. Lucky I got remote clifford thing now :-). Seems to be quite common though. Dave

Yes there is mate, mine went, forget where I got my replacement from now, was someone on here though. fairly easy job to fix

si the plastic arm on the back of the lock has snaped by the sounds of it.
