Anyway, to the point. The other week a couple of BNP people were up in court for allegedly using words to incite racial hatred, yesterday there were muslims demonstrating in cities in this country calling for the heads of just about everyone and holding placards saying 'youre time will come' death to all against Islam' etc etc, or words to that effect . Now why havent the whole lot been arrested and carted off to Guantanamo? If they hate us this much why dont they fvck off somewhere else.

Religion is primative. God (an imaginery friend for grown-ups) is like Santa Clause - He doesn't really exist!!!

 

Why don't they see the Bible,the Quran, any other holy books for what the really are... WORKS OF FICTION AND NOTHING MORE!!!

 

I live for life, belive in science. The world would be a better place if there were no religions at all. Almost all violent acts of genoside by mankind over our colourfull history were commited in the name of god (by what ever name the savages chose to call him).

 

In this age of computers and space exploration there is no place for the simpleton belief in a higher power. We control our own life and to a lesser extent our own fate.

 

If they love their God so much, why don't the do us all a favour and piss off back to him, but without taking any additional inocent lives with them.

I'm with DaFox. When anyone asks me if I believe in God or fate, I say no because I believe in one thing - ME. I control my life and no-one else. If I feck it up, tough sh1t, my fault, get over it. If you put all your faith in 'someone' else, it is inevitable that you will feel anger at some point when things aren't going your way, and your anger will be pointed towards the easiest target, rather than your idol.

 

Also agree with deve8uk. I consider myself to be a very 'accepting' person - but if you're threatening my country then you're threatening me. I would proudly fight for my country if the need arose (in the forces I mean, if a war broke out etc.) because my country has been good to me. Alright, I've had hard times, but England is my home and if someone doesn't like my home, then they're free to leave. There's no need to kill people and blow stuff up, just go somewhere else that you DO like!

i am certainly not a racist,and in most cases its the minority that spoil the general muslim comunity :mad: take for instance if the whole country did a poll wether we should or should not go to war i bet most would be against war,but as per ****ing usual theres no freedom of choice,are lives are put at threat due to a selfish govenment :mad:

taken there are a few in these protests who incite racial hatred or religious hatred but thats just a minority!! all muslims are not like that.

One thing i heard on the news today is that these pictures actually came out last September, so why now to start kicking off?

 

As for the police not doing anything, maybe we are doing them a dis-service. Anyone remember back to the 80's when on the tv you would see IRA funerals taking place with all the IRA people there, alot with balaclavas on giving the old gun salute over the coffin?? the police werent exactly there waiting to arrest them. What they did infact do was make note of everyone there then monitor their movements. Hopefully thats what they have done with this bunch of nobheads.

Secondly the modern face of Islam seems to be a reflection of the Catholic faith in the Middle Ages - no tollerance of anyone with different views and DOUBLE STANDARDS.

 

In Egypt (an Islamic Country) a national newspaper regularly publishes cartoons damning the Jewish Faith. When a western jounalist questioned this she was told "Just accept it, it should not be taken seriously" Yet do the Jews protest and storm the Egyptian embassies? No, they ignore it and laugh along without letting it get to them.

 

The Islamic protesters were challenging the right to free speech in the west. HELLO....if there was no free speech they would NOT HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO PROTEST IN THE FIRST PLACE.

 

Whatever way you look at it, this minority of Muslims are painting a bad view of the whole Islamic faith. Back in the Middle Ages, the Muslims were innovative forward thinking scientists who contributed a great deal towards our current lives. Yet now this minority have rejected all that and slam anyone not following their faith. In certain Muslim countries, anyone born a Muslim but who converts later in life to another faith faces death for being an "Apostate" What kind of liberty and peaceful attitude it that?

 

Whilst the majority of British Muslims do not follow the views of the extremists, it's time for the Government and the main Muslim community to condemn these fundamentalists and outlaw this inexcusable behaviour.

 

Just remember this hatred and incitement to hatred is a crime; and arrest and imprison the perpetrators as terrorists. F#ck them, they should have no such rights in a civilised world. I saw it on the news small asian kids brandishing banners saying "death to all who oppose islam" and " I support bin laden" and other things like that. Yet I crack a fookin joke to lighten things up and I get told I'm out of order and a racist??? and they mean it. WHAT! that isnt racist?. I stand by what I said if you cant stand the heat get out of the fookin kitchen. I aint a racist but with demonstrations and comments like that it wont be long. What i meant there (and thought it would be obvious) is that if an englishman speaks out against anything like this he can be arrested. Which is a total mess. Its ok if they burn our flag on our turf and scream abuse and death threats and they get sympathy? it just aint right. And if that offends anyone then that only strenghtens my point.

I think moderate Muslims should speak out and act against hard line terrorists who call themselves Muslim. Otherwise they risk (rightly or wrongly) all being tarred by the same brush.

 

From what I've read of Islaam (the five pillars etc), it's a benevolent religion but (like so many religions) some people either get the wrong end of the stick or simply use it to justify doing wrong.
