take it out when i can but it grips my sh*t that i have to pay £94 for 6 months road tax when i hardly ever use her! i think we should just pay road tax per person and keep a card in our wallets, how the bloody hell can i drive 2 cars at once!!!!!

fix it!!!

There's loads of salt and slippery roads and p1ssed up drivers about.

What do you do with your 300?

Snort the salt then rip it down the slippery roads running the pissed drivers of the road :x: , on a serious note, i keep driving through the winter, wash it frequently especialy in those hard to reach areas to get rid of the salt.

Drive it every day and wash it twice a week....oh and pull into the first side road when a gritter comes the other way

Went to reading in it yesterday and you should see how dirty it is now.... :headvswal

keep on driving it and pray that nawt goes wrong, seriously considering a small runabout fo the winter tho

mine stays in the garage from november till march very rarely comes out inbetween if at all :( i hate winter!!!

Couldn't agree more bud! Hate the winter with a passion. Won't take my zed anywhere near the roads at this time of the year. Want to keep it well away from grit, salt and the damp. Want to enjoy it in the summer and keep it as clean and tidy as possible. :)

It's a dry weather car only in the summer really and won't even come out of the garage unless the weekend's gonna be a predicted good one.

Its the first winter having a zed, dont really like the idea of driving it if it becomes nice and wet and icy, so have decided to spend the next few months doing some mods. So this year im replacing the complete suspension set up and upgrading the brakes, next year who knows, maybe more power :)

cant remember not had the beast since last winter

You know it will be like drivin her for the first time when its sorted, kinda losin her virginity again !! ;) ;) and it will look SOOOOOOOOOO SWEET

fair weather driver only and will do bit of work on her when she sleeps over winter LOL!!

What about your wheels? If any of you have chrome, do you take precautions now that the roads are filled with grit and damaging salt?

Yes don't drive it....lol

Why have you got a kitted up 306 as a fake siggy?

The engine went in my surf mobile escort so now the Zed is my only vehicle. I would like to get something else though as I'm getting an eye opener on how filthy and salty it gets through the winter already. Plus the little accident the other day wasn't funny. Dave

Don't have to use mine unless I want to, but do have a million and one jobs to do on it anyhow so its sitting in the back of the garage for now.
