I have read this thread by JD and the link contained within and have found it an interesting read.

I also remember someone else posting about this but cant find the link anywhere...

Bassically Im fitting the Brembo upgrade and was wondering if I should pull that fuse on the ABS once fitted??

Ive noticed my current abs can start interferring on late hard braking and cause me to overrun anyway so is it going to be even worse once the skyline kit is fitted?

I know what the majority will say and it will be something like

"Dont be so fookin stupid"...or thereabouts

But I never have and never will like abs so should/can i get shot now and just rely on good old fashoned driving skill....

or wait till i have to hit the brakes hard on a wet motorway and watch the backend come round to decide?

But seriously...

Will it now impare the proper function of the abs system???

If so then its gotta go :nono:

All opinions welcomed fellas as I havnt the foggiest really

rem my Audi Quattro Turbo had the a switch to disable the ABS for snow and the like work fine as far as I can rem. It was a normaly on push button thing "my guess cause when you needed it like everything in life it would be in the off position" :)

Someone i used to know had one of those Quattro's with the ABS button he said "i only use it on Friday nights". Luvly car that LED dash the lot...shame he ruined it :(
