ALTHOUGH I DO THINK AUTOS ARE QUICKER (SLIGHTLY :D ) WHEN OVERTAKING.

top speed on a uk is limited to 155mph as standard, import is 112mph

autos are quoted by nissan as being ONE AND A HALF SECONDS slower than a manual!! :eek:

although having said that i really dont think there's much in it. TBH since mine was converted from auto to manual it seems a little slower in a straight line, but the kit was 2nd hand and could be in any sort of condition.

autos are supposed to be quicker to 100mph tho.

well never had the pleasure of a manual TT but i can say i kept neck and neck with a Jag XKR off the line....(quoted 60mph @5 second car) there was nothing in it so not sure why nissan quote such times for auto's unless it was n/a....all i know is when i boot it i dont get time to look at my watch...:D
