Is Guildford Cathedral one of the settings for The Exorcist - I'm thinking of the scene when the cross falls and kills the priest. When you drive past it on the A3 it's a pretty imposing place.

Of course being a complete wiener and avoiding horror films like the plague I may have got the wrong film :p

The thing falling off the roof and spearing the priest was at the church in Bishops Park on the Fulham side of Putney Bridge. I grew up around there, and my school was next to it. We used to play 'run-outs' and later on 'kiss-chase' in the old graveyard next to it.

I got warned not to watch that film by some happy clappy christian type at work LOL

He said if I didnt have a strong faith things like that can effect your mind and allow evil and demons into your life.

COOL! where do I get a copy
