.....There's been a good improvement on my leg.
Ive started Physio again :rolleyes: quite recently and 4 weeks ago i could bend my knee upto 30 degree's, after 4 weeks of pushing myself and doing regular exersize (i know, its hard to believe that chunk does exersize) ive managed to get an extra 10 degree's movement, I know it doesnt sound much, but to me i'm really chuffed.
Just hope it carrys on like this now :D:D:D
