Just been reading through a few of the old posts, you mentioned that you live near **************8, do you still live up here, I'm in Richmond, so just around the corner. Was wondering if you could meet up and have a look over me motor. I think there's something up with the steering or something. Gives an irregular pull and wobbles loads above 50! :(

Sounds like the wheels want balancing, the tracking want's looking at, and if it pull's when your braking, the brake's might want looking at.

Think it might be time for a run up to quick fit tomorrow! Does anyone know what the pad numbers are for 1992 N/A Auto Import? Will have to get some of those tomorrow!!

If your going to Kwik fit, make sure that they are not trying it on with you, balancing, tracking, ok. but if they start trying to sell you pads and disc's, get a second opinion, or make sure you can see exactley what they are trying to tell you.

Think I will probably get the pads and fit them myself, hopefully be able to find some around here tomorrow.

Jon mate - I've had no probs with Quick Fit here in Ripon - Top blokes for tyres and also advice on Induction Kits and brakes - Are you going to the Angel Meet on Sunday ???

Dunno if I will make it to the Angel meet, if the car's gonna wobble as much as it is at the moment!! I'll see if I can get it sorted today and then see if the missus has any plans for us tomorrow. I've got the timings from the thread so hopefully, how many are expected roughly?

Hmmm,

 

Got the tracking and balancing done today, car is still wobbling loads on the dual carraigeway and motorway. It's not smooth at all. Any more suggestions on what it could be!
