auto because--1 its easier to give the car behind the finger

2 its easier to drink ya coffee in the mornin

3 its easier to go rootin in ya womans undergrowth

4 its easier to use ya phone(not that i do)

5 its easier to look cool with your left hand resting on the selecter without the the shifting work

6 its easier to deminish your savings or credit card availibilty when the fookker goes bang :D :D :D

I have had both (at defferent times :headvswal ) and in my opinion they both have merits and it really depends on several things as to which is best for you.

The first is your driving style. ie If you love to burn people of at the lights, want to drag race and generally just nail it on the strait stuff then I'd say Auto is the way to go, because the auto will lay the power down much more evenly and progressive. This will poduce far less wheel spin so for standing starts it edges the manual.

If like me though you love to race motorbikes and the likes on the twistys, do track days and generally like to progress down those long lonely A and B roads on the very ragged edge. Then the manual rains King because there is no lag on exiting the corners, the drive is more positive and you have more control to power slide. Also the rolling roll on power edges the auto. Basically your in total control, but as a result you can do more damage mechanically and to your ego if you get it wrong. ;)

Got to be the Auto...

1. Because I got one

2. Because i'm a lazy *******!!!

I prefer Manwell from a driveability side of things.

But i gotta have an auto from a buggered leg side of thing!

both have there advantages etc, but I do love my auto!

i used to have an auto... should have got a manual.

Just What Da Man said........

Manual, just for the feeling of not being a lazy Git :nana2: :nana2:

i prefer manual, but having said that driven an auto z and i was quite surprised not bad at all

I wanted a manual.

But the car I really wanted had an auto box so I bought it.

And now I love the auto. I should think manual's good too though.

Drive both and see what you like.
