Don't be Pete, It was a long time ago now,I just never went public about it. Its hard on your own with 2 kids but I would not change it for the world

My other half is good in the respect that she knows i cant do a great deal, so she lets me get on with it, but if i was able to do things normally she would moan her tits off.

:)

Used to get moaned at to death. Had all the above comments LMAO. Funny thing was, as soon as I came off it, SHE went on it for the rest of the night hmmmmm :D

yea, but usually goes in one ear & out the other :D. how about all the time you spend painting your toes?!?! (not the nails - the whole fooking toe :D)

Close poll i'm quite suprised

Where the button for " She's always on my case anyway so who give a SH1T"

She doesn't rant and rave, she just gives me THAT LOOK...you know, the one that all women cultivate...the one that makes you feel like a trapped fly being inspected by a small, utterly remorseless child who's considering the benefits of pulling your wings off... Bless her

Get off that PC Iain and do some work :P

Ive ticked the "on my own box" to cover my situation, i'm not on my own but when I'm on the net I am, I have internet access during the day (day job) and also at my own business address (evenings and weekends) I am on the net more during the day job :nono: than at night but the other half thinks I'm working hard in either situation and she never asks how much I am on it. :D

The phrases i hear most often are

"is that you looking for bits for your car again"

"you and that that bloody car!!"

they must have there own site. "zed widows r us" sounds to me that there all moaning for the same hymn book. :headvswal

My standard response is- the Zs a lot cheaper to run than you are!.

At christmas there was a family get together, (as you do), everyone sat round the table munching turkey and all, someone says "how the car going then dave?", "is it sorted now?", I muttered as quiet as I could "well theres a couple more bits to do but were nearly there"

reply "thats taken a long time would you not be better getting rid its always in the garage", Gritting my teeth, cause I'm sick of people saying that "no" I said, "its like Tracey (other half) shes a bloody good ride, but my God shes expensive!".

Other half loved the attention, everyone laughed, conversation about the car dropped and went onto the other halfs spending habit.

Sorry hardly adding to the pole is it, but you gotta get it of your chest now and again!
