While my car has been in the garage this time I've woken up in the middle of the night because I've been dreaming about them not doing things properly. Now that is sad.

Its strange really, how the bug just seems to get you. One minute you are getting little cosmetic things like new dust caps, shiney tax disc holder then WAM...............your then getting new spoilers, new wheels, boost controlers,chips etc....... I say to my wife every month that i will give it a rest but its like an addiction (twitch,twitch). I have said again already that i won't get anything next month because it's Christmas. Then again; we can always go without a turkey LOL :D

Because I only use my zed the weekends (second vehicle, daily drive is a van:( ) I am absolutly buzzing just at the thought of driving the zed, I mean my stomach has butterflies just thinking about taking the zed out for a blast! Thats why I voted 4 :)

For me its definitly a lifestyle. Iam working on them till around 2.00am every night, 7 days a week. When I tirer, just one look at the thing and thats it my second wind. I chose every one apart from the last one, give it time though :hyper:

 

As long as there's a Z in my workshop, nothing else matters.

how come tools? just because of reliability?

 

I think that is the main drawback of zeds, some do go bad wrong, but i think its also getting to the point now where you can build a rock solid engine without dipping into the bank of macca :D Rust is defiently something i'm concerned about though.

 

 

 

my zed is a hobby, passion, addiction and daily driver :D although i don't drive it as much as i used to, I can't wait until spring to let her loose properly again, or maybe we will have some more decent dry days one weekend before xmas :D

body and inside never gave me an ounce of probs but the engine was just so hard to get at and the auto box just so weak i always yearned to stick a diffrent engine and box in.............the one thing that was always in a z's favour was the handling so many people have said it was skittish in the wet and bends but not once did i ever feel unsafe because it always let you know when you were being too much of a dick in it......sadly i dont think its on the road anymore

i get this strange dream over and over that my beloved zed

 

is stolen and the police carnt it. but each time i wake i look out my

 

window and know my zed right outside.. even if they stole it

 

where can you go on a 39 squaremile island and not be seen...

passion is taking the zed out for its weekly blast,seeing a big black cloud and making a dash for home incase it gets dirty---(how sad is that)

Me not got the bug- me drive it every day- it gets dirty- it gets bumped and scratched- £60 goes through its fuel lines every week- I check the oil every....oh sh$t, think its time I done that!

It has got a shiny tax disc holder and a glow in the dark plastic bat!

 

But I know what you mean, if I had the cash for mods, I would be un-stoppable!
