having never seen or heard of an ad for the zed on tv i wondered if it had what music would you think would go best.....ace of spades maybe??!!

Featured Replies

It was advertised on TV about 10 or 15 years ago with the "You can with a Nissan" slogan. Can't remember the music though......

Tina Turner - Simply the best!:dance::dance::dance:

Emerson, Lake andPalmer,

Fanfair for the comman man.

Now that's an appropiate tune

MADNESS....."I like driving in my car!"....beep beep toot toot! :D

Eruption By Uhlie John Roth (is that how you spel his first name)

Feel like making love by Bad Company

I'm in love with my car by Queen

Heavy Metal by Heavy Metal

Black Dog by Lead Zepplin

No Women Allowed by Extreme.

Obviouslt this could only be used for the TT. The Na could have something like Pull Up To My Bumper by Grace Jones. Infact that song would be good for any Z Add.

Phantasmo and the Chicken Run Blast-O-Rama by White Zombie :D.

Yes, it's a real song, and IMO it's a really dynamic, hard hitting tune - a bit like the car really!

...No Women Allowed by Extreme .

Wasn't that called "He-man woman hater?" (showing my saddo glam rock past here! :o )

Fook me your right sir it was it just started with "No Women Allowed"

Still a stonking tune.

The album was called Pornografitti IIRC. Bloody good record. Came out around the same time as Thunder with Back Street Symphony - which was also a damn fine collection of tunes!

"At the Gas Station of Love, I Got the Self Service Pump" by Weird Al Yankovic.

Beleive it or not I was in a band called Sitting Pritty and when we split up our rythm guitarist and basist joined a new band called Thunder. Even more unbelievable My band got a record deal before they did apart from Tommy Vance playing us a few times and support gigs with the likes of UFO and Motorhead the band fell apart.

Good times though

How about some of the songs from My Fair Lady ? Like :-

2. Why Can't The English? (cars stop rusting?)

3. Wouldn't It Be Loverly? (if it did 40mpg)

4. With A Little Bit Of Luck (it won't break down today)

5. I'm An Ordinary Man (with a big overdraft)

6. Just You Wait (it'll break down tomorrow)

7. Poor Professor Higgins (had to get his engine rebuilt)

8. The Rain In Spain (falls mainly on the passenger seat)

9. I Could Have Danced All Night (but the PTU failed)

10. Ascot Gavotte (far too difficult this one)

11. On The Street Where You Live (little gits nick your valve caps)

12. Eliza's Entrance (Hmmm, better not say anything here)

13. The Embassy Waltz

14. You Did It (and beat that Boxter again)

15. Show Me (how to repair another duff auto box)

16. Get Me To The Church On Time (without any speeding tickets)

17. Get Me To The Church On Time (Reprise) (OK, but this time be more careful)

18. A Hymn To Him (Surely it should be her?)

19. Without You (I'd be much richer)

20. I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face (and I'll never sell it)
