The best all round is probably the JWT, but a custom mapped chip has the potential to be the best, if done well.

what about SE chip or MINES ecu(are they safe?)

THe MINES chip will be setup for Jap fuel, the SE one for UK fuel, so the SE one would probably be safer and would generate more power than the JWT. But what you now have to define is what you mean by 'best'. Anyway, you were asking about a US car, the JWT is setup for a US car on US fuel, so OK, but probably not perfect for European fuel.

USA fuel is 93RON whereas UK fuel is 95RON (98with optimax), us fuel defiently isn't as good as UK fuel, Jap fuel is 100RON

The U.S measure their fuel differently and their 93 octane is actually 97 RON, they lower grade standard fuel is called 91 octane, which is same as our 95 RON.

 

Its measued as AKI or PON.

US fuel is virtually the same as UK fuel,just a different scale of measurement!

regular unleaded is 93RON in the USA, they use a AKI measurement at the pump, i belive 87AKI is the worst fuel which is around the 91RON mark, premium being closest to our petrol at 96RON (91AKI), 89AKI is the inbetween @ 93RON I believe.

 

at least this was the case when I did my physics a-level,

 

from people i've spoken to consistency of petrol quality in USA isn't very good and one tank of premium will run fine and the next will det like hell. Probably due to transportation/storage methods.
