i want to get booked in for the show sat and sun how do i pay and who to send to

ive looked on there web site but dont see booking forms and they say book through your club ??? help

You can pay beforehand or on the day, but there isn't a great discount for prebooking, silly if you ask me!

so where do i pre book ??? i like to have my tickets ready for show!!

pay at the gates, no need to book anything. Just let the club know you want a space on the club stand so they know how much space they need to book.

ive been wanting to go to this show for the last few years and i keep missing it with work or holls but now iam my own boss iam defo going this year!!!!

Who is organising the 300ZX stand at Billing?

 

I'm only asking as I'm doing the stand for the Z Club and it would be good if we can get a pitch side by side as alot of our members are 300 owners. Also maybe we can spread resources, marquees, BBQs, beers etc etc.

 

You get the general idea. I am also going to try and get the 350 lot with us on this one, the more the merrier.

can someone give me some info on billing how do i get on a stand, im not a subscribed member yet does that matter ect.

The Z Club and the 300ZX are side-by-side at Billing Aquadrome.

Club stand space has been booked for both clubs but you will still have to pay to get in to Billing Aquadrome. You can queue up and pay on the day or order tickets in advance. Advanced tickets have to be done through your Club and can be for Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Don't worry too much Phil, just turn up and there will be room, between the 300ZX and the Z club stand we will find you a spot!

 

I managered to get 45 cars into a 35 car stand at the Japfest, anything is possible!!

I think we have enough space booked, and we can always shift things around for PAID UP MEMBERS :D for non members it is £20 to park their car there :tongue:

We have 70 car spaces paid for on our stand. I think this will be more than enough. :)
