To be honest I dont think anyone over here has produced a Z of those sort of figures (yet ;) )

If you get someone over here to do it then they are only going to send away to the USA or Japan for the parts which is something you could do yourself, any engine machine shop should be able to bore your block to the pistons you choose and bolt on the goodies. The trouble with getting someone overseas to do it is your to far away to sort things out if it goes wrong as you already know.

Good luck

Paul

When you get it done make sure you post some photos!

My mechanic has build 1 it's 550hp but can do more if he puts bigger turbos on it but he is in Cyprus. If ur willing to spend a lot just import a Tomei or a Jun engine.

This is a theortical question.

If you exported your car to Japan to have some major work done in it. Do you have to pay tax when you bring it back into the country?

In theory you should but how would customs know you just had tens of thousands of pounds of work done to it.

I know if i was even thinking about spending the same amount of cash as this guy on an engine, it would be a Tomei one, built to your spec almost as well. You can se em on Takakari's website, very nice ;)
