Manual conversion

Hi Guys (and girls obviously)

 

Can anyone comfortably recommend a workshop to do a conversion on my j-spec TT from auto to manual.

 

I've found a box (although not all the ancilliaries yet).

 

Any thoughts on a going rate for the job ?

    Luke's (Zcentre) charging me £1200 for mine, including all the parts (except for the clutch which I bought myself; as I wanted an uprated one!). With an OE new clutch it would have been £1400.

     

    He doesn't have any more boxes, but I think the labour part of it is £700 !

     

    While you're changing over anyway why not go for one of Luke's quick shift gearsticks ?

    I picked the box up on Saturday.

     

    Spent all day yesterday cleaning it - and ruined my clothes at the same time as my neighbours Black & Decker Workmate:(

     

    Now I just need the ancilliaries.............
