I work with one of those know all, been there etc twats.

Drives a Vectra V6, keeps referring to the beast as a Nissan 200..

Apparently he used to be a rally driver for the navy ( get the picture?:D )

Anyway yesterday after a nightshift we find each other side by side at some lights. The dick starts revving and grins at me like some kind of sad rent boy ( whatever that looks like:D )

Lights change , I decide to have some fun , needless to say he was wiped out.

Next shift, all the tart had to say was....not bad ...for 2 litres....:D

I don't need the milKshake and burger to beat a Scooby. :p

Having driven for work ( Brand New 3 x 2.0 SRI ) can definately say they are much better than what Jeremy Clarkson concluded, however they were the sportier models, but have now a black 2.5 V6 GSI estate and as with all GSI models they were tuned by MSD a well known performance tuning company on Vauxhall`s behalf.

 

They starts life as an SRI and are treated to a body kit, 17" wheels, upgraded brakes, lower and stiffer suspension, add to this engine upgrades, intake and cams this little beast came out of the box with 200+ BHP !

 

I drive this daily and it handles like it is on rails, the suspension is harder than my 300! the combination of lower stiffer suspension and low profile wheel/tyres with traction control and 200+bhp believe me is an ass kicking car no doubt!

 

Take a GSI Vectra on in your Zed round a series of islands, bends or plain twisty stuff in the rain and you will loose big style! I have yet to find the wet weather limit on the bloody thing it just turns in so well..doh!

 

Having said all that love my zed and I KNOW they are the fastest cars on the planet!!!
