Great car. I work at a dealership and it was traded in. Only 25,000 miles on it in 13 years! I had to buy it. It's burgundy no turbo 2 seater. (Sorry if thats not the right terminology, I'm new) I've been waiting for a "cream puff" sports car to come through for years.
Anyway, the car is perfect except for the front. The guy drove on the highway and got a lot of rock chips. Should I paint the front of the car or leave it for the sake of being original? I don't know how much of a collector car it will be, and I always hate to break factory paint if I don't have to. A bra would cover most of the trouble. On the other hand, I only had to pay $7500 (US) for the car, so I could afford to do some paintwork.
What do you think? Bra and all original, or paint it to fix the only problem?
Great site you folks have here.
Just got a 1990 300ZX for myself here in the USA.
