We have been invited to show at the Stonham Barns Classic car show. I need to email the organisers with a list of all attendees before 1st July. More information can be found here:

We have never done this show before, but it looks like a good day out, maybe even a weekend trip!

Tickets are £10 for car and driver and then £10 for additional passengers

Presumably a club stand would be each car as a display car, and then just pay for passengers, which seems fair enough.

Putting this into my calendar if you will have me in non zed... 😉

Typical, just after i sign up, there might be a large meeting of Ultimas on same day at GasolineJuice, so will have to keep options open for the moment.

"Hello there, so yes driver and display car do go free including one adult passenger as long as they have pre booked into the show."

I have an excel spreadsheet that I am filling out that was send to me by the organiser. I will send it back to him before the cut-off date so if you are on the list, you will attend this show for free!

Yes I had a phone call from him yesterday. I need to send him a stamp addressed envelope for him to post all the stuff back to me. Tickets, gate passes etc. That will be posted today, so hopefully have everything back by the end of next week

I was about the reply with the very same thing, how random!

When I spoke to the chap on the phone, he was very nice, friendly and helpful, but he did strike me as....how do I put this.....blessed in years? Fully experienced? wisdom'ed up?! He fully admitted that technology was not his strong point and couldnt understand computers. So I suspect thats the reason for the SAE!
