So who's all still using Tapatalk. 

 

There always seems to be issues with this app and as the club works fine without it I'd love just to hit the kill button.

Nope, just my internet browser. It would probably be easier as an app though, even if it just opened the browser, in the app!

Nailed it a web app. My work has a web based client (as well as a fully fledged separate app) and you can access that via a web app. Makes the user experience so much better. 

Albeit on Apple IOS you can hit the button at the bottom when in the browser and select ‘add to home screen’ which will give you an app button on your phone to portal you through to the webpage. Not sure of the performance on Android. 

Tapa talk is a hateful piece of software. The idea behind it 10 years ago was great, but it failed to progress and each update made things worse. 

It is rather frustrating that every so often when logging in here I have to confirm yet again I want to continue on Chrome (android 13) and not use TapaTalk

This works ok but as it just shortcuts to Safari, after a few days of clicking the app icon, it means we’ll have several tabs of the same website open!

I have an android phone and use chrome, never had an issue and always found it very simple to get onto the site.

It would likely take me longer to add an icon now that i'm used to the way i do things on my phone.

Exactly, I get this too and hence the reason to see what peoples views are.

I just want to ditch it as its no longer needed.

What benefit is there to those who don’t use it by getting rid?

Stops the annoying nag to switch to Tapatalk, that's about it. 

Don't use it! never have!!

I had to google what it was ?

I used to use it on my Blackberry  . . . .
