Have we got a plan in place for this?

I've had a message from a member who pointed out they are now advertising stands/cars/clubs that are attending. If we have not joined, I can register interest now?

Be a shame if there’s no stand this year after the run of excellent stands we’ve previously had at the show

Sure we are on a reserve list to get a stand, every year we apply and generally we get offered a stand but we might not this year.

We were on the list for last year but somehow we never received the confirmation email so they skipped us for a priority placement. 

We are now on a reserve list. 

Ok cool. I would be interested in doing it this year

We have to reapply for a stand each year, regardless of being there in previous years. 

I duly applied back in the spring, however the planners are taking a bit longer to announce the participants this year. Our application is still being considered - and I dropped the organisers an e-mail asking for an update earlier today.

So are we with the 350ZX club or not?? I've booked tickets as suggested to join the 350Z club? Please confirm.

Any more news on this show, saw the announcement back in August, but nothing since, 

How many cars can we fit? Are they decided yet? 

Think its 3 or 4 this time, don't know much details, but we need to get a move on and get things organised.

I am free that weekend, If needed I can take the Wed + Thurs off to drive/help/setup/etc

I have taken the Thursday off but couldn't find cover for my shift on the Wednesday. I finish at 21:28 (dont ask) so can either drive up that night or come up early Thursday.

Thursday is fine mate..... We will have our allotted entry time sometime on Thursday, so no need to head up after your shift?
