Half way down there are two diagrams (front and back) of which arms can/could/should/might be replaced. Its very helpful.

I am using the driftworks black V2 arms with orange polybushes for replacing all the arms.

I used the Tein VSN22-C1SS3 Flex Z coilovers to replace my shocks. I choose them because of good reviews, they come with the hats (some you have to reused the OEM ones and I didnt fancy taking them apart) and most importantly they were on sale whan I bought them!

It was the best thing I ever did, it feels like a new car, feels much more solid! The ride is a bit more harsh, but I drive buses for 10 hours a day, fred flintstones car had more suspension than a bus...

An alternative is to go with the Nismo rubber bushes. That are slightly harder than OEM but softer than poly. So the NVH is close to stock. You can

get them from Japan (link below and diagram). I would avoid rose jointed suspension parts for the maximum NVH they will inflict on a road going car.

All that lot will do is ruin the car.And the rose joints are made from cheese on DW stuff.

Midori/Rose joint suspension is best left for cars that are only used on track. And even then the cheap ass versions these days are more likely to ruin the ride than enhance it.

Better options are Nismo bushes or Poly bushes. Both have their fans (for what it's worth I hate Poly bushes with a passion. They're noisy and harsh).

If considering changing shocks too, bear in mind you can buy shocks that are a similar spec to OEM still if you don't want to lower the ride or change damping rates.

As always with these things it comes down to personal preference and what you're wanting to use your car for.

I'd always go with Jimmer's advice - the ZX-pert....!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Thanks for the replies guys. I think i need to do a bit of reading and rethinking. I'm running Tein super streets so the coil overs are sorted. I don't mind a stiff ride and thought if i was going to replace the bushes and spend a few hundred quid i might as well change the suspension components instead.
