Can anyone supply me with an Eprom for a twin turbo manual with a performance exhaust and air filter to run between 13-15psi ? Ive checked previous threads and it looks like the one I've ordered from Turbonoz may never arrive

Even if the one from Turbonoz arrives, destroy it. I'd order the SpecialtyZ one personally. Shipping time is only going to be a matter of a few days and you'll be getting about the best generic chip there is.

Say what? To destroy the Turbonoz chip or to buy from SZ?

Remember way back when we were doing several of these a month, Saturday mornings ended up been turned over to eprom changes, be cautious, an engine check is essential before changing anything, the normal things, sensors working, timing set ok, no boost leaks afm in range, tps in range, fuel pressure and more.

 

If there is something not set correctly then at best you will not get the full potential power upgrade at worse BOOM!!! get it done correctly, you will be grinning all the way home.

I recently ordered a Turbonoz chip that didn't arrive and had refunded by PayPal and promptly ordered an SZ chip after advise here.

 

You'll wait about a week for an order from them but sometimes if they are busy it can be longer.

 

I will say though that it's worth the wait and I'm very pleased with mine. Had it checked on a Dyno after fitting and it's a very safe tune and was told that the engine didn't even sound close to any det by the tuner doing the runs for me whilst listening with det cans. It made the same power that a couple of well known Z tuners in the UK estimated I would get from a custom map... More surprising because I still run a factory airbox too.

 

Get an SZ chip.
