Have a few dates available to book the Fat Lamb again next year. So let's vote ASAP and get something agreed with everyone who wants to go.

 

Was a great weekend this year. Next year we discussed staying Friday-Monday, giving 2 full days of driving and/or visiting local attractions as a club.

 

There are no dates free early in the year, so we only have the summer months.

The initial dates discussed were for 9/10/11 Aug, but that might not be practical if 1 of the rooms is not available on 11th.

 

This is the message from Paul:

In July, we do still have the weekend of 19th/20th/21st still available - although there was a lot of interest in it.

 

In August, 2nd/3rd/4th is free, 9th/10th/11th is free although we have one of our ground floor room let from the 11th so only eleven rooms available on the Sunday night 23rd/24th/25th is free as is 30th/31st/1st Sept

 

In September 6th/7th/8th and 20th/21st/22nd are free the other two are taken

…..Although sadly I probably won't be able to participate in this excellent weekend next year. Julia and I have pretty much booked our holiday days with work for 2019; so unless we're utilising the bank holiday weekends, then I guess I'm out.....!

 

Hence I voted for 23rd August - albeit we'd only be able to head up on Saturday 24th.

I haven't voted on this as I'm currently able to make myself available for any of those dates. I'll go with the flow of the majority but would ask that we get the dates in stone as soon as we can. [emoji106]

i've voted for 9th-11th aug, but will depend on work commitments plus it's my birthday weekend so other things may crop up
