That one has an absolutely abysmal mot history, I was going to have a look at that a while back, but after checking up on it, decided its just not worth the pain

Looking at the below car a little more thoroughly, it's an auto I know but it is a turbo, 1995 was a good year imo, it's got the optional extra digital heater control and it's also got factory cruise control, you can see the pod switch and the cc stalk on the left of the column, cruise was also an optional extra for the year and incredibly rarely seen on a later car.

 

I also notice it's fit with a cluster boost gauge, again this is rare and I'm not sure why it has one for the year, can only say someone from new has paid again.

 

If the mileage is what it is, then this is not a bad example and one to consider for a prospective buyer, I will point out I've not done any further online checks.

I think you are right, the other thing I noticed is that the boot carpet doesn't look OEM and the cabin carpet looks faded in places.

maybe it has done 29800 miles as stated . . . in the UK . . . and another 200000 km in Japan. but that does not count, right?

I know the picture quality on the advert is poor, but aren’t the headlights the Zenon units?

They could be copies but another zedder in Rochdale i have not met yet recons they are OEM its close to me so I might take a nosey at them, he has 2 one has a roll cage in it.
