Hi folks

As I'm sure you are all aware you've seen my project dream turn to dust.

Sadly I'm left with having to break the 300, as u know it's a 1994 UK spec twin turbo with manual gearbox with low mileage.

 

Some bits have been earmarked by members already but if there is anything you need then I'd rather bits go to the members on this forum rather than random eBay buyers.

 

Now I'm not a breaker but am a sensible genuine person, I am happy to remove most parts but I won't attempt to remove items that I don't have the skill knowledge or machinery to do so, this will be done by my good friend who is a bmw m3 specialist.

Obviously some parts may come off slow time when he can fit the jobs in.

I am local to biggin hill in kent. 15 minutes from junctions 4 and 6 of the m25 if collection is preferred.

If you are further away then I'm happy to look into postage or a courier service.

Pretty sure they are good, I'll get you some pictures today.

I don't have t top blinds only the carrying bags. Do have the deep pile carpet tho and will inspect and send you some pictures

Hi Luke, I have been following the other post and am sorry to hear its not worth the risk of getting a UK spec back on the roadas they ar getting very rare

On a positive note it looks like it will live on in many other cars, hopefully you are not put off and are more fortunate on your next Z

In the meantime I am after

OEM radio, (can you confirm its working please)

Targa Bags, can you confirm they are OEM (my third Z and never seen bags)

Rear Roller Blind if OK

Dual intakes

Stealthbox and Aerial if sales fall through

Wing mirror switch plate, switches and plugs off back, with some cabling attached

Hi chris.

Andrew wanted the rear glass but after checking the markings it appears the rear glass is JDM spec, this would tally up with the rear end damage as I believed the boot was not original as have spotted some red paint in out of sight places.

The front screen doesn't seem to be original as it's not stamped nissan.

I'll send you some pictures.

Both screens have no chips or cracks and front screen has a blue tint visor at the top

Hi mate, I'd like pretty much all of the rubbers if they are in good nick. Particularly the ones that go round the headlights and beneath the door windows. And the front indicator repeater seals. On the wings. I'd discuss the front windows if they're for sale too.

Hi, I will inspect and send you photos of all the rubbers

The headlight ones are not on the car as previous owner has fitted some tacky leds to the lights

If the radio surround is perfect then I’ll take the lot then mate. I’ll also take the OEM headunit and CD player if you have that in a box to. :wink:

 

And I only need the pod not the controls. :thumbup:

 

Yep the surround and screw covers are in great condition and will unpack the stereo.

Hi. The targas are good, seals are good. It hasn't leaked a single drip in the rain we've had the last few months, they lock in nicely and effortlessly. Tailgate turns out to be a JDM one going by the glass. It's definitely not original as I've found a few specs of red paint under the white in hard to see areas. No rust tho and it has a genuine rubber/foam boot spoiler but that has suffered the usual water absorption so will require prep and painting.

 

Doors from memory are good, I'll check all the bits out tmrw and send you photos

Does anyone have a rough idea of what a running engine with only 67,000 miles would be worth?

Not sure if it's worth putting the injectors and plenum back and getting it running to remove and sell.

I will do my best to get you some prices today for what you have requested. I hope you can appreciate I'm no Z expert so I need to do some research on prices as I don't want to rip anyone off but also don't want to have my pants pulled down on their value also.

Wow ok, u may need to show me where they are tmrw and bare with me while I get them off or arrange another visit to collect.

The plenum is indoors so bodies are so easily accessed

I've also got a new sealed bag of genuine Nissan injectors if of any interest, only 1 bag opened to look at them the rest still sealed

Hi mate, sorry to hear you are breaking your car I'm after some parts if you can help

 

 

I'm after the rear brake light with wiring loom which is on the spoiler

 

When you lift the tailgate up there should be a small square boot catch cover as you look up with two screw hols (need the screws too)

 

As you lift the tailgate up there are two very long rubber side strips ( not the rear of the tailgate on the side) held with screws I need both with screws

 

I need the two leather cover/ bags for the roof Targa top's if you have them

 

Driver's side front clear light

 

Battery clamp with the two rods and nuts

 

indicator side repeater gasket seal

 

Top centre wooden board that goes in the boot underneath the carpet
