sorry for not getting this thread going sooner.

 

This year the Event is on July 29th - see link below, on Beaulieu's web site which covers the entire event including ticket prices, that can be bought either on the day, or in advance, through their website.

I think a lot of members who have attended this in previous years, will agree that this a great day out, with plenty to do for all. Whether with little ones in tow, or just enthusiastic petrol heads, it is situated in lovely surroundings with plenty to see in both the museum, and the cars that attend for the day.

 

I will update this thread with relevant information, as I hear back from Beaulieu events team.:thumbup1:

Having checked the calendar. This clashes with another commitment (Wye Weekender) with the Barbel club, which I’ve already booked. Sorry chaps.

Don’t own a PC, who does, aren’t they like a Land Line? I don’t use my phone calendar, in fact I like my phone to beep at me never, I’m in charge :lol: I hate watches as well. We only have a calendar cos the Mrs likes them.

Hope it's not too late to add me and the Mrs. to the list. Hoping to get car back on the road this week, MOT on Tuesday, so subject to it passing...

Will be coming along the A27, M27. Leaving Eastbourne at 5.45 if anyone from folkestone/Dover way wants to meet at the Polegate roundabout petrol station. We should be at Arundel by 6.45 for people who want to join on the way? We can pause at Arundel services just off the fake A27 junction before going through Arundel...

So after looking at the simply japanese website it says you can pay on the day. We paid on the gate last year can you confirm if still the same or do we need to book tickets before hand??

Right guys, I received an update form the Events team at Beaulieu yesterday regarding entry etc. see below.

 

At the bottom of the this post is the 'Z Club' label that needs printing off and displayed on your dashboard/windscreen.

 

 

Good Afternoon,

 

Please find attached your club sign to be printed and put in the windscreen of your vehicle, please send this on to all members attending as this sign is to help marshals direct members to the correct area.

 

Please note that this is not the entrance ticket and purely a signage label.

 

Tickets can be purchased on our website, over the phone (there is a £1 handling fee for phone bookings), or on the day – however ticket prices do increase on the day of the event.

 

Entry is from 8am, please do not arrive before this time as you will be turned away, all club members must arrive by 3pm. You are free to leave the event anytime throughout the day after 11am, however there will be no re-entry once the vehicle has departed.

 

 

There will be two entrances as this is a very busy event, please follow signage, the club does not need to arrive in convoy as they will be directed to the clubs reserved area - so do use both entrances.

 

 

Please pass on to all your members to leave Beaulieu in a sensible fashion; there are animals and pedestrians that we need to keep safe. If unruly behaviour and exiting happens at the event then this will jeopardise repetition of the event occurring in the future. So please do take this request seriously.
