Driven one of those in Texas. It was actually the 2.0 versions. Fun little cars, very raw to drive.

read the description, it needs lots of welding on floor and sills, sounds like he got shafted by the seller, importing from US.

 

i was looking at these last summer, as i really like this style of car from that era, these, Lancias, Fiats, etc

I was looking at those while looking for a Toyota 2000GT (pref in white!). I saw they are quite cheap. I was looking at a bright pink Datsun 190Y on ebay the other week that was £1000.

 

I think ill have to just wait and save up for this instead:

I should point out, that is a poster of the car I want (correct colour, correct bits, wheels etc), I already have the poster and dont need another! :lol:

I would agree but mine seems to be driving ok now........ (touch wood)....

Just need to check transmission fluid level again and find the cause of the revs dropping suddenly when coming to a stop!

Going to try coolant sensor first as it is worse when warming up....... ok when cold and when at full running temperature....

Then going to check idle valve and look for vacuum leaks...again....
