For those of you who are running dual intake

Would someone be willing to measure the internal diameter of both ends of the elbows please?

Thanks

Infact ignore more. I’m being dumb....

If I just measure the two points on the stock T I’ll get the answer I’m after...

Having one of those days..... as you were peeps

I did venture into getting some made, but it is such an unusual shape it wasnt really viable enough to follow through with it.

Its got to go from 65mm to 80mm in an angle about 60 degrees. Not easy to get made up...

ASH do a large range of pipes Alic they may have something.

They don't. best they do is 90 deg 70->80mm

You can buy the Z1 ones or Selin does (or used to ) sell some.

They now do a 90 degree 67mm to to 76mm reducer which should do the trick (from memory inlet pipe is 65mm ID and the MAF connection is 75mm), but as I’ve just proved, my minds a bit off this eve, so wanted to double double check

I have a new set if you need pics and measurements i can oblige

If you could mate that would be grand

I don’t actually have a MAF any more (joys of standalone ECU) so I’m just on the Air filter adapter brackets that have a shoulder to slide into a silicon coupler. I tried to find the ad for the one I already have on the car but can’t see to find it. The only ones I’ve found so far are Z32 MAF adapter brackets that are listed at 75mm..... again though, just want to be sure before I buy something

Having removed the rubber T piece are you still using the stock intake pipes to the turbo compressors?

Yes mate.... until Ash sorts out his ability to deliver his good it’ll be a while before I get the Planar (sp) kit, so yes still in stock filter to compressor pipes

The fact those Memes exist in the first place says all you need to know about Ash’s ability to deliver with any form of consistency

Ash is an amazing designer of high end zed parts, but thats where it ends.Having dealt with him previously, pinning him down for date of despatch is like trying to nail Blancmange too a ceiling.

He does design and make great products for the Z32 and as such is a rapidly diminishing breed. Unfortunately, the only way I would buy any

AshSpec product is through a reputable dealer who actually stocks the product (for example SpecialityZ). More so as we are on the other side

of the Atlantic.

Slippier than a greased weasel..... and a typical engineer. Don’t know why it is that great engineers/designers just suck at the customer service side of business, must be a trait they kinda genetically have

Fortunately they are not all the same Nick! I can think of Brett Dempsey (BDE), Jim Selin (Selin Design), Mike Smith (MSP), Jim Wolf (JWT)

among others who have managed to design and produce great products and taken care of their customers (both direct and resellers).
