I blocked up the pipes that go down the A pillars, inside the cowl. I know what they are for, just wondering if it is a acceptable answer to my problem.

Thanks

Water would sit under the targas and your inside of the ttop roof would rust, like it has on other cars.

I blocked mine with clay when I realised the drain tube had become detached down below to stop any further leakage into the cabin. It was only for a short term (damage control) until I got round to rectifying the problem but I rarely use the car in the rain anyway as my car melts when it gets wet.

Why do you want to clock them off, dude? [emoji6]

Just don't do it permanently. You will want to fix it, the pipe goes down in the corner behind the ECU/fuse box down to the sill.

Would out be easier to remove the wing and cut a hole in the bulkhead ( weld it back of course)

I suppose you could, but do you really care about your car that little? You'd be cutting into the body loom harness.

Well I was actually thinking of just Cutting a small enough hole( 3 sides only) bend it back, attach the hose, posh back the panel, couple of tack welds, tiger seal the rest, and I do care about my car, I'm trying to come up with a plan to stop water pouring in to the floor and rotting it.

The ECU and bracket or the fuse box all unbolt and with enough fiddling you can get to it from the interior, might even be quicker than cutting your way through posing risk to electronics.

I believe he's talking the bottom of the hose, and cutting the inner wing in the wheel arch.
