Simon, yep no 3, i'm talking once the plenum has been machined and the top casting removed, so cyl no wont matter, i hope. As interesting as Jeff's run through is, i need to remove an injector off my spare car which has no plenum and i need to remove it intact.

If they're the original injectors, that'll unlikely happen. The plastic caps will crumble at the mere sight of an extraction tool.

Dam, i;ve just been to the car and left a set of tools inc mole grips right next to it, by now the caps probably melted...

 

any one got a working injector?
