Just looked at mine and there's no indication on the tyre wall that i can see and the sticker is 100% Japanese.

 

I have 2 space savers on my car atm and both have approx 30psi in them and look fine, well enough to trundle you home.

The Japanese use a different unit of measure. On your tyre it should say 4.2kg/cm2 which is the equivalent to 60PSi

Ah, i thought space savers ran at 50 to 60psi aswell

Turns out the relief valve opens about 45psi and dumps till it gets down around 15psi at which point you start again

 

And my label is well a thing of the past
