I'm pleased to announce I received an email this morning from the organisers of Simply Japanese at Beauleiu National Motor Musuem, it confirmed that they beginning to request attendance from the clubs. So we have been invite to log our interest in the event, to be held on Sunday July the 30th. I've currently booked a space for 40 cars.

This thread will continue to update and I look forward to another successful event.

We left early last year as we are from Folkestone.

There aren't many other cars like this that will fit a mahoosive tent with all the luxuries (like a fridge and decent cooking facilities), 2 kids, a dog and a wife are there?

But does the car fit in it? You dont want to leave the poor car in the cold.

If any of you get flashed by a van going the opposite direction it's me. Gotta be in Cobham then Enfeild tomorrow morning.

Roads are all flooded out here + don't trust my starter + nasty migraine in the night, I'll be there, but in the Merc and not for very long. :(

Saw a few of you heading down, two red ones in the 50 limit on the M3 by fleet about 6.50am and a blue on at Cobham at 7.

Today was awesome, meet some good people and saw many many great cars. Well done to Joel for getting 2nd place and to everyone for not mocking my ever peeling paint job! The laser cut zed badge is great and I'm trying work out if it needs a place on my wall or on the car. Could this be a yearly thing, its a cool little gift!

Ah ok, I haven't been to other meets, beaulieu is normally the only one I can do, something im trying to change and improve on!

Another great day, always like this event. Thank you to everyone that voted for me in the club competitions and the People's Choice Award, absolutely delighted that the car is appreciated.

 

Also a big thanks to the kind people that were in the right place at the right time in a gusty moment! There's nothing to see under the blue cloth, nothing to see...

 

 

 

Nice modification with that blue cloth. I think it should live there from now on.

My only criticism of the day was that our location didn't seem as good as the previous years.

Another great meet at Beaulieu! Nice to meet some new faces as well the "regulars".

Well done to Joel, for being picked in the top three again for best in show. Joel was runner up this year, fantastic job, your car just gets better year on year
