I'm pleased to announce I received an email this morning from the organisers of Simply Japanese at Beauleiu National Motor Musuem, it confirmed that they beginning to request attendance from the clubs. So we have been invite to log our interest in the event, to be held on Sunday July the 30th. I've currently booked a space for 40 cars.

This thread will continue to update and I look forward to another successful event.

If a meeting point at Fleet services is on the cards what time is suitable people?

 

Happy to meet at Fleet en route at whatever time is suitable.

Fleet services to Sizer Way is around 50 mins. Would 6:30am meet ready to depart at 7am sharp be suitable? That should put us at Tescos just before 8am ready to depart from there with everyone else.

Sorry for the late reply. I'm having this question a fair bit via PM and other forums. Please accept my cut and paste response for time reasons rather than rudeness.

 

As you can appreciate we're getting close to our 50 car allocation. What will happen if 55 turn up? Well every year people suddenly appear so it's not something we can control. However when this occurs we cannot guarantee there will be space on the stand and worst case (as far as I know) will see you parked elsewhere in the show ground. I'd say it's unlikely you'd be asked to park in the public car park, it's simply not my that kind of show, people turn up as individuals as well as groups.

 

The moral of the story is to get signed up earlier. Few days away now so not much to change or add any big issues please PM myself or BigH

if you print off the pdf I attached to post 99 in this thread, and arrive either at the Tesco rendezvous point, or make you own way to the main entrance after 8.00 you should be directed to the Z area and end up with the rest of us reprobates :D

Pay online prior to the day - or on the day at the gate.

I'll be at Tesco for about 0800. I haven't a pass yet nor paid can someone advise the best way to get the pass and deal with payment for entry etc.
