Twin Z II is a beauty with its progressive curve which really flatters the 32's rear lines. Kaminari is very lary but in keeping with a modified body.

I think the Kaminari looks great on a SWB, I've the Twinz Type 2 myself:thumbup1:

So does the Kaminari work on an essentially stock-bodied SWB...?

I'd say you'd want the skirts also, but they look damn cool and would be rare as rhs over here in the UK

Here's one in silver just for you Si

The spoiler on this one could have been fitted better though.

I also think the Twinz type 2 is spot on for the Z

I'm considering a spoiler change next year and, at the moment, I'm torn between the Twinz II and the Kaminari one.

I don't really want to add skirts into the package as I think my spats are as much accessorising as the car needs at ground level.

The Twinz II is very nice and keeps the style of the original spoiler, whilst updating it as well.

The Kaminari is essentially a bigger version of the original one.

The pics that Andrew's posted make me think that the Kaminari one can work on a stock-bodied car, so that's certainly food for thought...

The mid level is what I have, looks great but you can forget using your rear view mirror :)

I got a tinted rear window so can't use it anyway lol

Im liking the TwinZ Type II. Such a nice improvement over the stock 80's wedge

I have to agree - that is the only improvement in the original 1989-spec....

Otherwise, for a SWB, you can get away without a spoiler; but for a LWB, then it's stock 1989 or stock 1999 spec for me.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

For me the spoiler always depends what what style you're going for. Clean and smooth(swb) - shaved, oemish look, 89, modernised look - 99, and old school japanese - wing. probably some more but that's my two cents worth.

The Winfactory CSL-R looks fantastic on a SWB, not sure how it would compare on a 2+2 though, it also has to be blended in

Thanks guys I do like the winfactory one but I will need to delete the Perspex infill panel.

Which would be a shame imo, I like the symmetry that is suggested by the Perspex strip rather than the square off line left she it's deleted, looks incomplete to me.

Ever thought about keeping it stock?
