Granted the price tag is very high, but still, the miles are soooo low!

hmm that silver manual N/A with 200miles on the clock sold for 3.5k USD last week!

The dream car? If so there's more to that then you may realise. Such as the car potentially cannot be used on the road, ever. The car was gifted to a university on the explicit condition it was never registered, some law thing to do with liabilities I believe. As such it is apparently not going to be straight forward to ever register the car.

Wasn't it also bent?

I think that's why it was donated under that stipulation.

At best it's a basket case used in an advert as a stunt car, it's not the feature car in the advert it's used in the jump only.

At worst it's a bent Z32 that's unable to be registered, making effectively a paper weight.

Not sure if he sold it... It was at a high of $5000 U.S. And he didn't accept that! I Know because I was that bidder...

He can get a bill of sale title in most states and it may take a little time. Also if I bought it I'll restore the paint and add a radio And show it at car shows or let a Nissan/Datsun museum show it with a video loop and display.

Interesting to note the timing belt HASN'T been changed!

Yeap!!! The first thing people say is " 60,000 miles aren't up"... And I'll say 4 years or 60k. My car's PO had the car approx for 6 years and driven in 7k miles and stated "it was changed 20k miles ago" and I said to him if there's not record of it done within the last 4 years it's not done and I'm deducting my cost to get it serviced. You can't risk it!
