Hi

I have been looking at several instrument clusters and quite like the white dials with the chrome around the dials, does anyone know where I can get an upgrade or mod kit from

I have contacted lockwood a company who do custom dials and they can do whatever i like but there is a setup cost, so the set would cost around £180. But if i were to order around ten all the same then the price would come down to around £50/60 per set.

So the question is.

is anyone else interested in a set of white dials, i could order the set which would have a plate for the turbo boost pressure for you TT people and a blanking plate with ZX onit to fill that gap for us N/A chaps.

let me know

Stuart

I have a set of silver/white dials for sale that you fit yourself, if that's any good to you??

They're TT ones, but I wouldn't think it would matter that much??

here's the link.. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?182338-UK-Spec-Silver-dials

You can change the colours from green to blue, the ones below don't have the needles lit up but it gives you an idea of the colour range

I'm not sure about changing the colour to red, you'd need to ask Andy (Phutumsch) about that:thumbup1:, I'll let them go for £80 posted, if that's any use to you??

Assuming the set-up is just for the design (ie they can then supply the same design in black or gunmetal) and we could have the Z logo instead of their own branding then I'd certainly be interested.

While we're talking speedo dials has anyone thought about having them with odd numbers instead of even? Always seemed strange that the numbers are 20, 40, 60, 80 etc when the speeds you're most concerned about (ie when Mr Plod is in your rear-view mirror) are 30, 50 (motorway roadworks) and 70. Using odd numbers could also mean the clock could show up to 190.

Hi Richie

yep would like them but finances at the mo a bit low due to having two weeks of unpaid leave to be in France doing a roof. That's another story. looks like if I didn't plug the dial connectors in and let the original illumination do its job I would just have to change those bulbs to red ones. poss happy days.

e-mail me and we can talk about price and purchase.

Stuart

HI Richie

I have a tt would take them for £50 + p&p?
