have anyone had much run in with z1 motosport in the usa. have to say there customer service it lame at best just trying to get a straight answer on things it proving very hard indeed.

 

anyone recommend some were else trying to help hold of a new genuine front wing i have one new one just need the other there is non in japan rite now z1 said they have them but when i asked about if genuine or copy they stopped mailing me back, having sent 3 more mails and still no replay, i wonder if there selling copys as genuine, nissan in japan dont have any in stock. there is a back order on them so am told,

I always use concept z I have for 8 yrs and great service it's unusual for an American company to have crap service thou

Haven't used Z1 but I've heard very mixed reviews. All positive for CZP in my experience and all that I've read.

mike had the driver side on order for me but says its not hear till march my car is book into paint like now kind of thing the left one turned up but no right one

just tried z1 again mailed me back saying what wing do i have a lnk, i gave up with them now fools. look like i will have to wait for the one of mike form nissan, have to say mike is very good and have no issues with him always very helpful the yanks at z1 could learn at lot from him

driver side. mike was told they had some but later when i contacted them again he was told there was non.

even thought there saying now they dont have jdm cars in the us the other day yes they do have the wing now they dont and 2 days later couldnt even give a shipping price, never know so much messing about over a simple order, and still after like 10 emails, wont tell me if the wings are genuine or not. just awful customer service really is bad

I guess some good and some bad experiences all round......

 

......But personally, I'd stick with UK suppliers nowadays. I have ordered from Courtesy without issue in the past - but, even though there might be a few weeks to wait, I'll always buy such items from Mike at MJP. Top man and top service without fail.

yes i agree mike is great he does have one on back order for me we have the left one here just have to wait till march for the rite one its slowed my paint job now so project ground to halt once again dam it. i guess i will order my new brake uprade and fit that while am waiting then, want the car on the road for may. its been of the road for 2 years,

I can try my man at my local Nissan dealer if you want dan, he sourced my left door scraper moulding in 2 days as I was going jae last year.

I am still waiting for them to sort out a broken fog light they sent me in December, I've also had problems before in the past with them.

so we no have one genuine nissan wing here just need the other side i guess it not not very often you see a brand now one so here is some pics

I've spent a lot of money at Z1 in the past and have used them quite a few times, it's all good unless you get an issue. Luckily my issue wasn't particularly costly and I took the hit but I now avoid them unless it's significantly cheaper to warrant the "gamble"!

 

I would much rather deal with CZP and SZ as they have been great for me, even when it comes to damaged or missing goods. Generally speaking, if Mike can get it, I'll use him though. I would not gamble shipping a front wing from Z1 for it to arrive undamaged, I'd wait for Mike and collect it in person. Your bodyshop should mix up enough so there is paint left over to do the wing when it arrives.

the way z1 handle things its like there just not arsed. the paint shop paint needs the wings so there do at the same time doing it at a later date even with the same paint can look like its not matched up. so want to avoid that, will have to wait it out now. witch is a shame as the car was ment to be back on the road soon

if thats the case then just mail me and say we cant ship it not back and and forth emails and no straight answer. or state on the listing we cant be arse to ship. but i have ordered stuff bigger than this from all parts of the world over the years with no issues, so thats tells me they really cant be arse
