GregT Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 OK, so I am trying to get a rear bumper to one of the chaps on here, but it seems that every courier I try prohibits the transportation of car bumpers! Does any one know of a courier that DOES courier them that is cheap. I have tried parcels2go, Parcelforce, Paisley Freight, TNT and Citylink. :cursing: Quote
Sir Charles Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Avoid Paisley Freight like the plague they are a bunch of cowboys. Been involved with them twice and cock ups both times Quote
GregT Posted January 21, 2016 Author Posted January 21, 2016 He lives in the area just north of Watford, and South of Bedford, inbetween, near an airport. I don't want to say exactly.. Quote
Joely P Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 That sounds close to a certain box type van! Quote
NemesizX Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Greg, try cheetah couriers based in Hemel Hempstead. I don't have their number to hand but they're listed online. They have couriers all over the country and as far as I know will collect. I may be able to get it done cheaper for you as I know the people who run the company.. Alternatively, working for a freight network I'm sure palletforce will do it bit not sure on the cost. Quote
B00mer Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Have you looked on http://www.anyvan.com/dashboard You can put the details of item you want delivered and where they need to go. Then the courier guys come to you with quotes. Hope this helps. Quote
GregT Posted January 22, 2016 Author Posted January 22, 2016 So far prices have been upto £100 to courier something that weighs very little. I think it's due to the volume of a bumper. Will call the one in Hemel this am. Anyone else ever couriered a bumper? Quote

JaiKai Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Paisley freight is just a management company who has accounts with other couriers. They used to use TNT as there main courier but I've recently noticed they have switched to APC. Avoid Paisley Freight like the plague they are a bunch of cowboys.
