Sad indeed, but with Sir Franks health, Claire getting married and having a child, it’s a very wise business decision.

New rules, cars changing, money running out.

We will bounce back because of this (hopefully).  James Matthews, (Pippa Middletons husband) is the main owner for Williams now (along with his 2 Investment firm directors from Dorilton). 

We held on as the only last true UK F1 team and family owned, but it had to happen.  There is still a lot of people at WIlliams that have been here for many decades.

Sad to see Claire and Frank go though, had very emotional Video call with her this morning before the news went to press.  Will certainly miss seeing Frank everyday.

I would get out whilst you can then. Sounds like you now have a corrupt group of business executives that will run the team into the ground whilst putting money in their own pockets.

But if "Pippa Middletons husband" is in charge then that must be good right? That's one of the most nauseating things I've ever read.

Alex you have nothing good to say about anything or anyone. Your life must be very sad but if you need help I have a few websites you could visit.

Why would someone pay to be a member of a Club and then spend their time making derogatory comments towards the members?

An actual thought out response? A legitimate counter addressing the things I mentioned?

I don't want to see another group of people get fisted in the ass by "investors" who have absolutely no interest in making the business of running a Formula One team an ongoing concern. It's happened plenty of times before, and i really hope it doesn't happen again, but people just can't be trusted anymore.

You called me an arm chair expert, but unfortunately in this day and age, cynicism is the same thing as experience. When you think the worst about people, more often than not you are right.

Unfortunately this is business now. Investors/stockholders own companies and don't care about the business, its future or its morals. As long as they get their profits throughout and at the end, then they don't think about the rest. Once you can get passed that, then life is so much less stressful because you end up not caring.... maybe I should be an investor....where's my cheque book... ?

Goodbye Frank and Claire your team will live on as will the memories.

Mercedes are F1 Constructers Champions for 2020 ?  Another win for Lewis at Imola he is uncatchable on the race track and Bottas 2nd  making a Mercedes  top  two. Max Verstappens race car let him down again after gaining 2nd place. 

All said and done it was a great race at Imola 

What a way to do it. Seven times world champion. ???????

That is a mental crash to escape from.

Just show how good these monsters are built.

The worst crash I have ever seen with the modern F1 car. The halo saved his head but if he was knocked unconscious he would of burned to death and the metal armco barrier failed  to do its job so a lot of answers needed.
