Japfest 2016 - Silverstone - Sunday 24th April - Updated with payment details

Hello All,

Some of you may be shocked at the title because yes Japfest has changed its venue from the Old faithful (Castle Combe) to the new shiny Silverstone.

Japfest-2016-location.jpg

Quite a few things have changed this year with the booking process, so please read the below instructions carefully. What will be staying the same is that we have a combined stand with the 350Z/370Z club and Z Club, so it should be a good turn out for the Z's.

New Self Service Booking System

Japfest have changed the way club bookings work this year, meaning that individual club members can book their own tickets and vehicle passes for the clubs stand. Please follow the following instructions for a successful transaction:

  • Club members must go to http://japfest.co.uk/club-info to book their tickets
  • Select your Club (Z Club) from the menu and enter the Club's Personal Password - 215.408
  • Proceed to select required tickets and place order - Make sure you choose 'Club Vehicle pass' to get on the club stand.
  • Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment

Club space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The deadline to book club tickets is Friday 18th March, subject to space availability.

If you have any difficulties, our club support helpline is available on 01959 543 724 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please call this number and do not PM me as I have no access this year.

Club Ticket Prices for 2016 Per Person

  • Club Early Bird Package £48 - includes show entry at Japfest and show entry and pre-show camping at Japfest Rock! (previously Japfest 2) and Japfest Motorsport Heroes.
  • Club Weekend Camping Ticket £28 - includes show entry and pre-show camping.
  • Club Advanced Show Ticket £18 - includes show entry.
  • We're also offering Early Bird Tracktime exclusively to clubs on the famous Silverstone National Circuit at just £30 per 20 minute session, saving £5 when booked before 31st January

When updating the list please put your username, ticket type wanted and when you have purchased. This lets us know how many we have attending.

Example. 370Ad - Stand Pass + Track Time - PAID

Thanks gray.. i was quite proud of her today. got some really nice comments from people passing and lots of photos taken by onlookers too..

every car there was credit to the club and everyone that attended should feel proud. we had a nice little line up today.. itd be nice if next year we could get as many as possible to attend and we could fill that car park with 300's ! imagine that!?

feels good to see my car all shiny and standing proud for the club.

all that polishing and waxing does work wonders.. it does take its toll on the body of a person that slept in a tent in the arctic all night!

got home and passed out cold on the sofa almost immediately! lol

got up and went to get the beer in and im sure it wont be long til im unconscious again..

anyways, time for a beer and well deserved sleep!

good to see those that attended today, as always a great time had..

ALL our zeds do us proud mate,no matter if we have spent £2k or £50k on them them!! It's being part of it to me,not about out doing each other:) we all have nice cars to our taste:) it's about enjoying yourself and the experience that counts, and for me we need more of theses events, showing the car and driving the car whether on track or like lake zed where we have fun fill drive outs:)..oh and God nows how you guys camp in that weather!!! Now that's commitment for you;)

Well i was there today but because i was supposed to be in prague i never had a stand ticket booked so no Zed out for me.

however i must say its been the busiest and best japfest ive been to so far and the venue was so much better than castle combe.

and i did get to see the zeds out and they were brilliant.

Hopefully see you guys at the next show with my zed.

some zed track action......

Looks like you had actual parking rather than a field which is novel lol. Glad to see you all had fun.

Yea parking on a tarmac car park right next to the cafe and also had easy access to the retailers, toilets and track views just around the corner.

Excellent stand and easy access to everything.. Couldn't have asked for a better position to be placed.

I never went to Castle Coombe but it would have had to have been something extraordinary to beat the venue at Silverstone
