Well tomorrow is the day I've been waiting for..my Z32 na manual is arriving!!! :)

Being a 80s/90s kid, I've misspent many an hour admiring the shape of the 300s, along with certain shapes on my baywatch posters no doubt! Ha.

Anyway, she's in a bad state, and I'm under no illusion that it'll be easy project, but looking forward to working on her over the next few months!

Wish me luck! ? ?

Matt (West Yorks).

welcome. and as long as you have the time and deep pockets you will be fine, in fact if you keep it stock there are plenty of part out there that are cheap as chips things get out of hand once you start looking to uprate stuff. am on this slippy slople now very expensive indeed, good luck

Hi Matt,

Can't wait to see some pics when you get it, how bad a state is it in? Rusty, bad mechanical shape?

I agree with Dan !

I imported my Z at a cost over £5K!

I would not buy a 300z that needs loads of work!

I hope the first thing for you is the body is in good nick:scared:

Good luck

Hey!

It needs a new bumper, fan, radiator, and bonnet fo sho'.

I'm confident it will be worth it though..got it as a good price and have been pricing up spare parts online.

At the min, have no plans to mod after already spending quite a bit on my Civic...

Cheers mate,

Got it cheap, and in no rush to get it in the road, so *hopefully* won't be too bad..he says naively.

Think mine is the fk3, it's the 2.2 turbo. Has an uprated clutch, lightened SMF and Stage 2 remap amongst some other bits.

Here's a pic of mine at Blyton Park. 8e36e55a4c91c46ecab4c18756c468f5.jpg.

Sure yours looks better!!

Say's he's been delayed.

Grr, the excitement is keeping me going though...and the red bulls.

I'm a fully paid forum member now, so if anyone has any spare/cheap front end parts incl. o/s wing, radiator and fan to go with this bonnet..(I'm looking at you Baz! ;).. I'll love you long time! ;)

My trade is CAD Design/Photoshop..so I can trade you for pretty things ha.

He's just been and gone, to say we agreed on a mid aft delivery, I'm not best pleased!!

Anyway I've got a Z to work on so chuffed!!

P*ssing it down here so couldn't see much, so can't wait to have a proper look!

But for now..gotta get up at 6am for work and it's 4:20am! :/

Wow, late delivery or what!! I sold a Pulsar once and the guy didn't collect with his truck until 3:30am! Wanted me to leave it in the Asda car park down the road with the key on top of the wheel - no chance pal!

I used to have one of those as a daily hack. It was only a couple of years old. Satnav went wrong, AC packed up - sold it. The 2.2d is a very responsive power unit. Runs out of puff a little as it's not as torquey as some but was pretty good fun. Changed it for a Leon FR170 which I loved.
