As title.....

 

On behalf of the 300zx.co.uk club, its committee and members; may I please give a very, VERY, big thank you to AndrewG, FunkySi and Joely P for committing their cars and themselves to the club stand in the 2015 Classic Car Show at the NEC over this last weekend. It's a big ask to expect anyone to leave their cars at the show from Thursday morning to Sunday evening - and an even bigger ask that they remain there, in person for the duration, to represent the club and promote these fine cars.......

 

.....And let's not forget Craig and Groover who also gave up their whole weekends to man the stand, representing the committee, as well.

 

Thank you gentlemen; you all did the club very proud and made it another success for us...:bow:

 

Here's to next year; and the hope that we can put on an even bigger and better show on the world stage in 2016.....:clover:

I have certainly not forgotten Lee; and whilst his sacrifice was (sadly) ultimately greater, I also know that Lee will return in full glory to do the club proud once again....

No need to thank me Richard, thank you and the club for the opportunity, the pleasure was all mine. It was a great weekend with superb company and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

 

Another successful show at the NEC made possible by three committed members Andrew Si and JP and the Committee members who organised it (not me) well done guys and thank you to all the members who turned up at the show to support your club and hope I can make it over next year and add my support. Just noticed this but shame you didn't put the colours so it would be blue white red to make the French flag.

once the stand is setup on Thursday, you are not allowed to move the vehicles around on the other days, so it was not possible to do once the news was known

All going well I will get my car up to the standard of being worthy for that stand next year. Time will tell.
