afternoon all,

im monty rom west wales, *que the sheep jokes*

ive owned a fair few jap cars, classic fords etc but I not that long ago picked this up off a family friend

G reg auto tt import with 60k on the clock, some service history etc

she was parked up under a tree for over a year (as you can see form the pics) but after checking the levels and belts, I threw a battery on her and .....she started first time!

now back at my place, she does idle every now and then between 800-1200 rpm, but I have not yet tried cleaning the sensors.

oh the car came with BC coilovers, stainless exhaust, and Volk evo4 wheels (that need a refurb)

I look forward to chatting to you all and getting some help :)

Nice find there, and welcome mate. If you want a garage to rely on, Lee Dent's place in Shrewsbury would be the best, otherwise i'm sure everyone on here will help you out.

The set of wheels that are on it are quite desirable. Welcome along. We can't pick on you too much as there's a strong Welsh presence on this club.

haha really? I haven't noticed many z's around my area (Carmarthenshire)

again thanks for the warm welcome all, looking forward to my zed experience and the lots of money I will no longer have :)

Welcome to the club Monty - and that's already a fair transformation in the car's appearance since you bought it. Nice work...

Good luck with your new toy mate; and if you do need a good ZX garage, you have Lee Dent in Shrewsbury as said above - although from Carmarthen, you're probably nearer to Powerzed in Bristol. Both are respected traders on the forum and come highly recommended.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
