As some of you know this is the arse end of my car, so my question is should I change it to a different style and if so what do you think would be the best style to change to? When I got the car nearly 10 years ago now, I thought it looked good... But there again 10 years ago the wife's arse looked good! And it's maybe time for a change on both counts...lol,so any ideas OR would you keep it as is...the monza look must be quite rare now yes?

Late-spec lights. That's it. Or maybe even a set of Phutumsch's "smoked" replicas... seeing as your car's so dark as it is.

With a set of them sandwiched between that bumper and boot spoiler, I think it'd update it nicely :)

Remove the stillen rear lip. De tango the lights and tint the fogs. Done. Is that a stock exhaust as well?

i think the combination of raised spoiler and boot lid spoiler, along with the lower diffuser/spoiler makes it look very busy, and very old school.

removing one or the other boot spoilers would de-clutter the look quite a bit.

A despoilered Lwb looks wrong. It makes it long out of proportion and arse heavy. For some reason, maybe it's to do with balancing the larger bumper once the spoiler is added, bang it looks instantly shorter. Played this game myself you see. A Swb can pull off the despoilered look, the Lwb cannot.

I don't really like that back bumper, but I haven't seen one anywhere else and it is a really nicely fitted part that goes with the spoiler.

Could you incorporate the fogs into the lights, fill the holes they leave. Smoke the orange in your 89 lights and get a minimalist yellow and black numberplate? That would sharpen it up.

I have to agree with this. My old black LWB had no spoiler when I got it and I just always thought it looked wrong because of it.!

get rid of the bottom on the bumper. fit 99 rear light, and tint the fog lights job done, removing the spoiler will leave holes and then you get into paint and the cost goes stupid the spoiler looks fine on its own

Put it back to stock+99 specs -

I think another member here has one? I've seen a red car with something very similar.

Cheers for the ideas guys, I agree with your ideas..well apart from no spoiler like you say I think the lwb needs a spoiler of some description to set it of,even my shorty in my view looks better with a spoiler,my zed looks better ( I think)when your at different angles it doesn't look bad,but when your square on looking from the front it's far to busy,I have taken of the rear brake light that was fitted to the rear spoiler of as that was to much, but it just needs tiding up But not sure how! I do like the red zed with the low spoiler it's more appealing to the eye,Lee fitted an extra light for me as we thought it would look more uniformed but not sure if it's made it better or worse?anyhow while Lee's got her in bits I'll have a think over the winter see what is best to do:)

If it ain't broke why change it. But to be honest there is a lot going on with the high spoiler and rear valance plus the extra UK fog lights and the euro number plate design all make it very busy. Less is more :)

Yes I agree initially bud it needs toning down:)
