Hi All,

Driving to work this morning and the HICAS light came on.... Is this something to be worried about or could it just need power steering fluid topping up?

Had to get into work so didn't have time to check.

Thanks

Thanks Ian, I have been checking everything at the mo lol.... Is there any particular fluid for the power steering? Never had to top it up in any of my cars before so I have no idea!

Thanks, I'll nip to Halfords on my way home. Other than that.... so far so good;)

The drive back from Lee's has been the only long drive so far. Done a couple of short trips and I'm going to commute in it this week. Should be doing some longer drives this weekend though as I'm heading up to my dads in Morecombe.

It sounds a lot better now though... spent the day claying, polishing and waxing yesterday too.... even give the exhausts a bit of a shine!

pics are b4 and afters... think they came up pretty nice

The power steering fluid for the z32 isn't normal power steering fluid. You should use dextron III automatic transmission fluid.
