FAO Funkysi - Cruise Stalk

Hey,

 

Fitting my proper cruise stalk with the steering cowl from the airbag model of steering wheel but the cowl is longer.

 

The cowl from the series 4 airbag model has the proper cutouts but when trying to fit an older wheel the plastic

obstructs the wheel fitting properly.

 

Seems Nissan changed the cowl between steering wheel models so my 3 spoke wheel rubs off the cowl now.

 

Just wondering if you have the older type and just dremel'd a hole out as I think that's the only way to make them both fit ?
