Seriously stuck!

I hate the cheap tacky gear knob that's currently in my car, but it's the only one I have. Looking to buy a new replacement and for the life of me cannot decide on one!

I'm somewhat tempted by something like this http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=181790221977&alt=web

However the seller needs me to provide dimensions of a standard gear knob for him to figure out the depth of the bore etc... Frustrating

Has anybody got any recommendations for decent aftermarket gear knobs?

.

Why don't you go for an original Nissan one?? I think they look the part! Not cheap though, but you pay for what you get:thumbup1:

As above. The stock knob is by far and away the best. Perfectly weighted and the right size/shape. Nissan got it right, no amount of after market metal knobs, cheap plastic or aftermarket leather knobs and quick shifters do anything to improve the feel.

Yeah, it's always been cheaper for some unbeknown reason.

Probably something to do with Nissan UK putting excessive markups on UK specification parts - 99 knob was always import-only.

Oh the power of persuasion...

OEM looks like the way to go then!

red stich oem is what i have in mine, and now just bought red stitch gear & handbrake gaiters and centre console lid to match

There are a lot cheaper places to order an oem one from

I have just ordered mine from Japan, it was about 35 delivered.

Anywhere you'd recommend? There's a few things I'd like from Z32 Zone but it doesn't look like they speak English!
